If you know me at all, you know that I love my Orange Theory Fitness family. Needless to say that when I found out my head coach (and friend), Tristan was expecting a baby, I was over the moon for them.

Dante, you are so loved by everyone around you and you are going to grow up doing the coolest things. I am sure you will be running up a mountain in no time.
