Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment Terms

- $125 retainer fee due at time of booking and is non-refundable

- balance owing is due on session day

- payment methods include cash, etransfer and credit card

- galleries with unpaid balances will not be released until full payment is received

Prices and packages are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

- 24 hours notice is required to reschedule (if available)

- retainer payments are non-refundable 

- late arrival of 15 minutes or more is considered a no-show resulting in session cancellation with no refunds

Exceptions will be made in cases of illness or weather issues.

Copyright & Image Use

- Sunny S-H Photography retains full copyright of all images under Canadian law.

- client receives a personal use license only

- No alteration, resale or commercial use without permission in writing

Model Release/Portfolio Use

- session contracts include use of images for portfolio, website, social media and marketting

Clients may request images not be used publicly at time of booking.

Website Use & Content

- No copying images or text from this website

- No misuse of Sunny S-H Photography content

- Sunny S-H Photography retains intellectual property ownership

Refunds

Sunny S-H Photography does not offer refunds on print or digital file orders.
