I provide a session prep sheet before the session but the list is very simple. I recommend parents bring:

- Diapers and wipes

- Feeding supplies (bottle or nursing pillow)

- A soother, if your baby uses one

I have everything else on hand for baby. For family photos, I encourage simple, neutral toned clothing to keep the focus on connection.
