You don't need to know how to pose

One of the biggest things I hear from couples before a session is, “We're terrible at having our photos taken.” You don't need to know how to pose, and you certainly don't need to know what to do with your hands!

I guide you throughout the session, giving you simple direction while leaving room for genuine interaction. Some images are carefully posed and intentional, while others happen in the little moments between poses—a look, a laugh, or the way you naturally move toward each other.

My goal isn't to make you look like someone else. It's to create portraits that feel like you, just a little more polished.

They weren't looking for something based on the latest trend. They wanted images that would still feel beautiful years from now, while showing a different side of their relationship.

“We chose to go with a more modern, minimalist style for this shoot for a few reasons. The first reason was timelessness. We wanted photos we could look back on that don’t necessarily reflect a certain trend, but instead feel simple and classic. Variety was also a key factor when choosing a theme to follow. It has always been important to us to have fun and be silly, but having done that in previous sessions, we wanted something we could share with others that shows we can be just as stunning in a gentler setting.”
